Interests

Cindy has worked in the natural health industry for over 15yrs and bases her practise on a holistic approach which encompasses the nutritional, emotional and energetic aspects of healing. 

Cindy is a strong advocate of using food as medicine and is able to provide food coaching to those on restrictive diets such as gluten and dairy free. Cindy is well aware of the practical challenges that such restrictions bring, having lived on dairy and gluten free for many years. As such she is also aware of the great benefits to be had.

Cindy is also keenly aware of the impact of stress and emotional trauma on both the energetic and physical body and so incorporates the nutritional aspects of naturopathy together with esoteric healing work and flower essences to address these issues as required.

Cindy is registered with the National Herbalists Association of Australia and you can claim your visit with most private health funds.

Health Assessment 1 hr - $100
Follow-up Sessions (30 min approx) - $60
Esoteric Massage 1hr - $70
EFR 30mins - $50
Child 0-15 yrs Naturopathic Consultation 30mins - $50
Iridology 1hr - $70
