What can I expect?
Gentle, peaceful music is played in the background, while Gail takes you on a guided journey.
The meditation evening begins with 7 slow deep breaths, then bringing in some white light through the crown chakra, taking it all the way down to the feet.....then Gail gently guides you in filling your body with this white light inside and outside. Then the heart centre is opened, by imagining a beautiful green light shining out of the heart chakra on the front and back of the body.
After this process, Gail talks you through 2 to 3 guided meditations, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed by the end of the evening.
The evening classes
A bottle of water, a pillow/cushion, a yoga mat if you prefer to sit on the floor and a notebook, if you wish to take notes or journal what has happened in your meditation.
