Seated Chair Massage

Seated chair massage is now available at the Springwood Wellness Centre.

This fully clothed neck, shoulder and upper back massage is great for relieving muscle tension and can be done before your chiropractic adjustment to loosen you up, or afterwards to allow your adjustment to settle in and receive maximum benefit. Alternatively, you may choose to come in and see therapists Luke Raymond and Ross Lambley after a hard day at work to reduce your stress and muscle tension.

No bookings necessary. Fee is $1 per minute.
